Service, Support & Maintenance Engineer

Role Summary

We have a need for a highly organised, technical and knowledgeable applicant, to lead the company’s evolving system support, service & maintenance department.


In this role, the successful applicant will be required to provide remote & onsite support to our ever-growing customer base. You will be responsible for arranging your own schedule and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure every client is provided with a first-class level of service. 

Key Information
Job type: Permanent
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Company vehicle, mobile, laptop, healthcare after 3 months of service.
Location: London / Must be able to travel outside the M25 and EU on occasion.
Sponsorship not available: must be able to live and work in the UK.


Requirements

A working knowledge of the following: Control4, Crestron, HDMI matrix systems, (DM, Wyrestorm etc.) TCP/IP Networking (Cisco, ZyXel), Lighting Control (Crestron, Lutron, Rako), Sonos, Satellite and TV distribution systems.

Residential Audio Visual Installation Engineer

Role Summary

We have a need for a highly technical and engineering-minded AV Installation Engineer/Senior Engineer who is now looking for a long term career as opposed to just a job. You must be a tried and tested residential installation engineer with residential audio visual experience of installing bespoke AV solutions into end users’ homes. You must also be used to working as part of a team, and be prepared to go that extra mile when required.
